When you heathen up your food up using a microwave oven, it uses microwaves to heat your food up. That’s where it gets its name from.

The biggest advantage in using a microwave oven as opposed to others is the time that you save. It heats things up a lot quicker which makes cooking food more convenient. Some companies have already incorporated the microwave in creating their products such as the microwaveable food that we can purchase in supermarkets.

Despite the convenience, professional chefs still prefer using other means of cooking because browning, caramelization and other techniques cannot be done with the use of a microwave oven. But for simpler tasks such a melting butter or chocolate, the microwave oven is best.

Best Microwave Ovens – What Do People Say About Them?

Claiming that these ovens are the best microwave ovens available simply isn’t enough. What is needed to further fortify the claims is to back them up by the thoughts of the people who actually bought and used these products.

Microwave Oven by Panasonic
Sarany purchased this particular microwave oven and she said that she is very pleased with the oven especially with the evenness of the cooking and the defrosting of this microwave oven. She enjoys the fact that it takes less time to cook as compared to her older microwave oven. Along with this she also enjoys the automatic settings because it makes the cooking much easier.

She enjoys the versatility of this oven and overall, it made cooking much easier for her.

The only downside for Sarany is that when she bought this microwave oven, she lost quite a bit of her counter space.
For bigfoot, on the other hand, he says that this model is great but he experiences problems when opening the door.

Sensor Microwave Oven by Panasonic
Kentucky Colonel, a buyer of this model, says that he enjoys the use of this microwave oven and he deems it as a very pleasant experience. He said that it has arrived as promised, just plug in and use. He particularly liked two features when he placed his purchase. First was the sensor buttons and the second was the Inverter Defrost buttons but once he received the unit, he started enjoying another feature which is the keep warm button which keeps your dishes warm for up to thirty minutes.

He said that he was very satisfied and that he would recommend this to anybody.

C. Williamson, also a buyer of this model, said that he had to ship his unit back because it was too big for his shelf. Another complaint he had for this was that it was hard to see the food because of the heavy window. So, I think it’s safe to say that this wasn’t the best microwave oven for him.

Compact Microwave by Sharp
S. Hudgin bought this model to replace her older Sharp microwave. She has had a good history with Sharp microwave ovens and this was no exception. She says that it is suitable for a household with one or two people and she says that it was very easy to use right out of the box. She enjoys the exterior as well as the simplicity of the buttons. She says that it does great in baking potatoes and that she would recommend this model and all Sharp products for that matter.

MarkB, on the other hand, said that this product worked well for seven weeks and after that it just stopped working. When he turns it on, everything works well but it doesn’t heat. His local Sharp service center was a two hour drive away and doesn’t accept shipments so; he could not get it fixed.
He says that he doesn’t recommend purchasing anything from Sharp unless you have a Sharp service center near you. So if this concerns you, then this might not be your choice among all the best microwave ovens.

Convection Microwave by Sharp
A. Watkins purchased this microwave oven and says that this might be the only microwave oven you’ll ever need. She says that it lives up to everything that Sharp promises and that it does a great job on steaks, fresh sausages and chicken. She enjoys the sensor cooking feature which she calls intelligent microwaving.

The only thing is she recommends is only getting this when you need an oven and a microwave all in one. If you only need an oven, then this might not be what you want.
Another customer however says that the turntable motor is very weak and some of the door hinges aren’t aligned properly.

These are the contenders for the best microwave oven; the decision is all up to you.
